Your colleague from a different town is coming next month and you are moving out of your current accommodation. Write a letter to the colleague to recommend they move into your house and say– Why are you moving to another house? – Describe your presen

Dear Igor,

I hope that the letter reaches you well within the time before you leave for Delhi. I was apprised by our HR Manager that you are moving here and I remember you telling me sometime back that you never look for a house from a different city unless you reach the place itself. I have amazing news to share with you. Allow me to elaborate.

I would like to inform you that I have been transferred to Gurgaon office of the company and as such it is not viable for me to commute daily as such I decided to lease an apartment close to the office to save some extra bucks and get the maximum sleep hours possible.

I couldn’t stop thinking of your appreciation of my apartment when I decided to move. Let me refresh your memory with some new details about the apartment which you fell in love with. The apartment has recently been renovated and has a swanky new bathroom with new faucets and accessories. Further, I am sure that it will be bliss for a person who decides to stay here once I vacate.

Furthermore, I have held rounds of talk with the agent and convinced him to hold on with the process of leasing out the apartment to a new person for a little while as I apprised him about the love that you have for this apartment. I feel that the apartment will be a perfect fit for you considering you have already stayed here and it is a fully furnished apartment. Moreover, you are in walking distance from the office in a posh colony with modern and swankier interiors. I am sending you the business card of the agent for you to contact.

I hope you land with the same apartment and soon invite me over to your new bachelor pad.

Best Wishes,
Brad Jason
