Dear Mr Gaurav,
I am writing this letter to ask for your permission to give a presentation in which I would like to share some knowledge gained during the recent carbon control conference.
Last Friday on 22nd June, I attended a conference held at International Scientific Hall, Mumbai on the Carbon Control. I would say it was very insightful and the vast amount of information shared with us is very crucial for everyone. Hence, I would like to give a presentation on the same topic. Along with that, I would also be sharing what actions can an individual take to control the carbon emissions.
As the actual conference included people with expertise in that subject matter, it included a wide variety of topics and it took 3 hours to complete the conference. But, I would like to cover the most critical topics that people can relate to, and for which people can take actions. The topics that I would be including in the presentation will be to the point and will take only 1.5 hours to complete, such as Carbon emissions, Issues faced Hidden Dangers, Strategies for control, etc.
Although it is very important for every individual in our company, but I would like to give presentation first to the project leads and senior members of the project. Once the information is shared with the senior members, they can plan and help me schedule another presentation for the junior members and new joiners. I would like to give the presentation in the conference room so that it doesn’t disturb other people. The timings can be decided after your confirmation.
Thanks for your time and support, awaiting your reply.
Yours Sincerely,
Amit Azad
