Hello Mr. Raymond,
I am vikram Ja the holder of license which you returned via post recently.I am writing you to thank you for sending me the lost drivers licence.
I am delighted to get it back and I am able to drive again, I was quite worried since it went missing last week. As my mother is taking arthritis treatment, I have to drive her to clinic almost every day; and without the license it was tough for me to take public transport to the clinic. Besides that, I am habitual to driving a car to commute to work everyday.
May I check with you where did you found the licence, as I suspect , I lost it near the gas station while I stopped my car for refueling. Perhaps, I should be more careful with my wallet.
Nevertheless, I would like to thank you and take this opportunity to host a dinner for you and meet you in person. it would be great if you can share your availability next week and a prefered time and location where we can meet. I would love to drive you back home after dinner.
thank you once again and appreciate your help. Please let me know if I can bear the expenses for the delivery. Looking forward to meet you in person.
yours sincerely,
vikram
