The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010.
The two maps depict the development in road leading to the city hospital from 2007 to 2010.
As can be seen from the map, major new features were added and several changes in terms of direction was made to the previously existing infrastructure to facilitate transportation.
Regarding the Hospital Road leading directly to the city hospital, two roundabouts were built with one being situated right in front of the hospital where the Ring Road bending around the hospital met with the Hospital Road and another at the intersection between the Hospital Road and the City Road. Notably, after a 3-year period, 6 bus stops along the Hospital Road were removed for construction purpose.
Considering the surrounding area, a car park to the Southeast of the hospital which had been used for both public and staff in 2007 was then reserved to only staff in 2010. In order to serve the public, a new car park was built along the East side of Ring Road. Additionally, in 2010 a bus station connected to both roundabouts was located at the Southwest end of the hospital where there used to be 3 bus stops in 2007.
