Given are the charts illustrating why employers tend to learn and how the costs of each course should be shared.
It is clear that people are mostly engrossed in the subject and they fancy acquiring a better degree. It can be seen from the pie chart that individual should be paid for their study make up the large proportion.
On the first chart, 40% of learners follow their further education since they are intrigued by the lesson, while, the percentage of getting qualifications is approximate, at 38%. The numbers of people think it will benefit their occupation, promote a position, and from their learning habit occupy 22%, 20% and 20% respectively. However, the ambition to modify jobs is significantly lower, at 12%, but there is a mere minority of the figure for mixing people, at only 9%.
On the second chart, the individual is the part that should have the most responsibility in sharing the cost, at 40%. Meanwhile, people think that the employer has a smaller burden with reference to 35% and the taxpayer is thought to pay the least at 25% of the total group.
