A friend you made while you studying abroad has written to ask you for help in finding a job in your country. You have heard about a job in a local company that might be suitable for him/her.
Write a letter to this friend. In your letter: tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves, say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her, explain how to apply for the job
Dear Sara,
How have you been? it has been a long time since we last met. I am writing in response to your letter which I received last week asking for help in finding a job in Singapore.
Well, it such a great coincidence that there is a suitable role in satellite services company "GE" which matches your profile. To elucidate the role is for a Solutions Engineer and is based in Singapore but involves frequent travelling in Asia-Pacific. The role also involves techno-commercial support to the sales team which includes not only includes preparing proposals but also includes giving presentations and demonstrations on new products to customers.
I believe you are an exact fit for this role as you have a strong experience in network design and understand the dynamics of the satellite market additionally with your valuable experience in Asia-Pacific region the company may be able to close more business transactions.
Thus I suggest you apply online on the company website and additionally send a copy of resume to me so that I can also send it directly send it to the hiring manager just to make sure it gives you a better chance to get a call for the interview.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Warm wishes
Brian
