Dear Mike,
Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I am writing in reference to inform you that I have recently moved to a new house. Now the hassles of a long drive to and from office and the resultant fatigue have come to an end as the new apartment is located in close vicinity to my office thus I can spend more time on reading and outdoor sports activities.
To elucidate the new house is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located in the suburbs of the city additionally it offers all modern amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, 24 hours security and free parking. Due to its superb location, the residents can also enjoy the panoramic view of the mesmerizing hills.
Why don’t you pay us a visit this weekend? I am also inviting my college friends for a house warming party. It will be a great opportunity to meet our old friends and have some fun.
I look forward to your response.
Ben
