Dear Sir,
The intend of writing this letter to state my inconvenience with my present college accommodation.
I have first year student of master of commerce. My roll no is 1234. I am living in college hostel, Room no 34 . I sharing the room with one of my batch match, but I was having trouble with living in such a noisy surrounding.
The problem is that my room mate play loud music at night, which me makes unable to sleep properly. Many a times he watch movie late night can keep laughing loudly. As I have to focus of studies, because many assignment and class work has to be completed on daily basis. Moreover, the final exam are also coming near. I have requested him many times but, not seen any change in his behavior. It will cost to score bad in exam which will have detrimental effect on my career ahead.
I request you to shift me to another place. I can leave in any room if the surrounding is peaceful and my roommate is calm and considerate about others
Hope you will understand my situation and provide the positive solution
Yours faithfully
Maninder kaur
