These figures represent the percentage difference between students who speak languages other than English in 2000 and 2010. In the following paragraphs, I will state clearly these changes.
Firstly, these charts tell that there are 20 students who speak only English in 2000 and this number became 10 students in 2010.
Concerning other languages, in 2000, the number of students who speak French only was 15 which is 15% of the total number of students. On the other hand, the only French-speaking students decreased by 5% in 2010 to be 10 students.
Surprisingly, there's no change in the German-speaking students. they remain the same in 2000 and 2010 with a number of 10 students.
In contrast, students who speak Spanish only were higher in 2010 than in 2000. There is 35% of students in 2010 speaking Spanish while they were only 30% in 2000.
Moving to students who speak another language besides English. In 2000, there were 15 students only, while in 2010, they became 20.
Finally, the multilingual students, there were only 10 students in 2010 and increased in 2010 to be 15 students who speak two languages other than English.
To sum up, from the given charts, there's an observable change in the number of students who speak more than language between 2000 and 2010.
