Dear Mr. David,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I am very much satisfied with my current part-time job position at your company as a Customer Service Executive. As I enrolled myself in a 3-years diploma course on Customer Service Management, I to be a part-time employee for now.
After 2 years of continuous service at your company, your offer to me to join as a full-time employee is great news for me. Unfortunately, I have to reject your offer because I am determined to complete my diploma course which will take another year.
Let me explain my reasoning behind the rejection of your offer in more detail. I have always been hungry to learn about the new processes and procedures in managing customers. For this reason, I enrolled myself in this course, and you will be happy to know that I am top of my class. After another year, I will be able to learn the process of managing customer efficiently as an expert in this field with the job experience and academic knowledge. For these reasons, I would prefer to keep my job in your company as a part-timer for now.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding my decision.
Yours faithfully,
Abed Joy
