Write a letter to your friend who lives in another country and in your letter:
a. Invite him/her to a public event in your country.
b. Describe the public event
c. Explain about other plans you have for your friend when he/she will visit.
Dear Mike,
How have you been? it has been a long time since we last met. I am writing to invite you for an interesting five-day event on "healthy lifestyle" by renowned nutritionist Jim Bailey.
To elucidate the event will take place in Bangkok from 25th July to 30th July at Swissotel. The event will cover both theoretical and practical aspects of eating a healthy diet and its impact on our health in the longer run. Additionally, yoga and meditation sessions and techniques will be taught to the instructors which can be helpful in relieving stress. Although the event was supposed to run for only three days but later on at a special request of participants it was extended to five days. In the end, a seminar will be provided by Jim Bailey who will share his valuable thoughts on methods to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. In my opinion, attending this event is a once in a lifetime opportunity for gaining knowledge and applying the same methods to relieve our stressful lives.
Lastly, after the event, I have planned a vacation to Krabi which is a beautiful island on the southern tip of Thailand. The vacation will not only rejuvenate your mind and body but will be a good chance to explore the local culture.
Looking forward to your response and seeing you soon.
Best wishes
Saad
