Write a letter to the bank manager. In the letter:
• Introduce yourself.
• Explain that you did not buy the items listed.
• Say what you would like the bank to do to fix the problem.

Dear Sir or Madam,
You should write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in regards to a number of mysterious expensive purchases identified from my latest credit card statement.

I would begin by introducing myself. My name is Adriane Ho and I hold a number of credit cards issued by your bank. The credit card in question is 1234 7786 2233 9918, where this is a newly issued credit card and I have only activated it on the 1st of June, 2019.

The latest bill showed number of high value transactions occurred on 28th May and 29th May 2019, prior to the activation of the card. These purchases could not been acquired by me as I have not received the credit card.

In view of the above, could you please void the transactions and to provide with an update credit invoice. Further, it is much appreciated my current card is to be suspended and replacement be issued.

Thank you for your kind assistance in advance.

Yours faithfully

Adriane Ho
