Dear sir,
I am writing about the problem faced during my recent stay at your hotel Taj , Delhi.
I came to Delhi for two days on official work. I stayed at your hotel for 2 nights and the climate is quite cool. Because, of the hectic day wanted to relax once after reaching hotel. To my surprise, the heater is malfunctioning. Informed the issue to the house-keeping team but they were helpless as it was already midnight and no mechanic was available at that time. I left for the work next day with the assure by your team that it resolve by evening. Unfortunately, it was not fixed. after spending the two nights my health condition became worst and catches cold.
As a solution to this problem I suggest to check the equipment regularly and spare an extra room if any sort of issues happen.
