You bought a TV a week ago but when you got home you discovered it did not work properly. You called customer service to report the problem but you have not yet received any help.
Write a letter to the company and in your letter

explain the problem
and state what action you would like from the company
Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I received during my recent purchase of a TV from your store.
I am Nilesh Shah, a regular customer of your shop and live close to your store in Rochester hills.
I made a purchase of Samsung TV, series 4, on 4th of July, priced at $500. It seemed to work well in showroom but when I installed it at home, I found the picture quality was significantly lowered, in fact it was blurry. Moreover, the sound quality was not even close to what was demonstrated. Therefore, I called customer service and requested immediate assistance for the problem, however, I am disappointed to say that I haven’t received any call or update from them even after 2 days.
I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of product as well as the service your store has provided. I want you to investigate in this matter at your earliest. I expect this problem to be solved in 2 working days, or else I would like to request full refund of my purchase.
I look forward to hearing back from you immediately.
Yours faithfully,
Nilesh Shah
