Overall, it can be seen that the brick production is comprised of 9 stages. The process begins when clay is dug up and ends with bricks delivery.
In more details, clay is dug up through the use of digger machine, which is followed by clay placed onto metal grid to make it into smaller pieces. Fine clay is then carried out by mean of roller, before sand and water are added to it.
In the following stage, the mixture clays are shaped through either wire cutter or mould, after which it is dried in drying oven over 1 until 2 days. Afterwards, those bricks are put in kiln to be heated in moderate temperature (200 to 980 centigrade), then being moved to another klin to get the higher temperature (870 to 1300 centigrade). Once the stage is complete, hot bricks are cooled using cooling chamber for 2 until 3 days. Eventually, those bricks are packaged and ready to be delivered to building industry carried by truck.
