The three pie charts compare the proportions of carbohydrates, protein, and fat in three separated types of diet.
Overall, it is obvious that a healthy diet for sport has the highest percentage of carbohydrates. While the share of fat occupies the lowest in each diet.
There is an equality between carbohydrates and protein for an average diet, which accounted for 40% in total. The differences between those two elements in a healthy diet and a healthy diet for sport are significant, which 20% and 35% respectively. In the broadest view, a healthy diet needs 50% carbohydrates, 10% lower compared with that for sport and 30% protein whose a healthy diet for sport is 25%.
Conversely, the percentage of fat takes the smallest share amongst the three categories. The fat that an average diet and healthy diet have is the same, which is 20% in total. this number of healthy diet for sport is 15%, which is 5% lower in comparison with two other numbers.
