The bar graph compares the changes in property prices in Algeria, China and Argentina from 2007 to 2010.
Overall, the property prices in China displayed a significant increase over the period while in Algeria they decreased dramatically. It is also noticeable that Argentina's property prices fluctuated throughout the period.
In 2007, Algeria had by far the biggest growth rate in property prices at just over 6% and this figure dropped steadily to reach a low of 3% in 2010. In contrast, China's growth rate in property prices started at 2%, which was the smallest figure in 2007, but the number went up continuously year on year to peak at roughly 7% in the final year.
With regard to Argentina, the percentage growth in property prices began at approximately 3%, then rose to nearly 5% in the following year. The figure plummeted significantly to around 1% in 2009, then subsequently grew to about 2.5% in 2010.
