Dear Sir,
My name is Jot and currently, I am working as a senior filling manager in your firm. I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to leave the job.
At the time of joining, I share an interest in going abroad for higher studies. Recently, I got admission to Toronto University, after numerous efforts. My program is intended to commence in September. However, I have to leave for my studies in August but before that, I have to gather my documents, therefore, I have decided to work till June 30.
The decision of leaving the company was very difficult for me because this company gave a platform to enhance my skills and brush my personality. The love and affection I got are tremendous. I would like to say a special thanks to you as you gave me the chance to join this marvelous company and always appreciated my positive side.
I hope you will accept my registration and wish me good luck for my future.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
