You recently had a meal in a restaurant in another town. Unfortunately you left your mobile phone in the restaurant. Write a letter to manger, in your letter:
1 Explain what happened
2 Describe your mobile phone
3 Make some suggestions about how you can get your mobile back
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that unfortunately, I have left my mobile at your restaurant.
Actually on this Monday, I visited London for some business trip and as I have studied my master there, so few of my friend planned for the get to gather in the evening and as your restaurant is extremely renowned and eminent in the area, so we all chose to visit there. Everyone was taking the picture from my mobile phone, because of the superior camera quality, so in hustle and bustle, I have forgotten to take the mobile and it was left on table there. Table no is 6A and our bill no is 34669898.
It was the iPhone of the latest edition of rose gold color, with golden cover and there is small scratch on the left side of the screen. As my flight was on Tuesday morning so I have not left with any time to collect the phone because I have realized the same after reaching the airport and do not left with any time, after reaching my home town I called at my phone. Waiter name John picked the phone and assured me that phone is safe and he has handed over it to the services manager.
I request you to please send the phone by courier and please send me the account number so that I can transfer the charges in the same. Really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
Hope to receive my phone soon.
Yours faithfully,
Maninder
