Overall, it is clear that people in the European country consumed fish at least. Besides, while the amount of chicken increased steadily from 1979 to 2004, those of the remaining groups significantly dropped down.
At the starting point in 1979, the figures for the fish and the chicken were lowest, at only 60 and 140 grams per person on a weekly basis, respectively. However, people who settled down in this European nation witnessed a dramatically increasing trend of the consumption of fish to nearly 250 in 2004, whereas the figure for the fish slightly decreased to below 50 at the same time.
Additionally, in the European nation, the amount of beef that a person ate was approximately 220 grams weekly, which was higher than that of the lamb, at only precisely 150. Although there were many fluctuations in the 1979-2004 period, the amount of consumed beef and lamp had decreasing trends to nearly 100 and 60 grams per person per week in 2004, respectively.
