The diagrams below show the coastal village of Seaville in 1980 and 2010.
The given maps compare the changes that have taken place in the coastal village of Seaville over a period of 30 years from 1980 to 2010.
Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the village has undergone numerous renovations resulting in luxurious infrastructure and improved facilities by the end of the period. However, a hotel in the south and a few road connectivities remained unaltered.
According to the given illustration, the Woodland to the north has been switched into a golf course along with few housing units at the roadside. Just across the road, the holiday cottages have been demolished to replace the overall marsh area into permanent residential houses.
In 2010, the central driveway has undergone an extension that leads to a newly built retirement village to the western bank and holiday cottages to the eastern bank of the river. The removal of the tea stall and the sand dunes to the south has resulted in a restaurant and a big hotel. In addition, a boat club has been established on the western bank of the river beside the retirement village.
