I was glad to hear you are visiting my place of work. I'm writing in regards to your enquiry on tips on how to stay healthy and fit.
I'm sure you're aware that I work as an assistant trainer at the gym centre and not yet a professional teacher.
However,I can give you few advice on how you can be healthier and fit.firstly, you should cut down on the quantity of food and reduce your junks consumption as this is not healthy for the body. Secondly, you can go for jogging and road-work on weekends which is often you free period. Furthermore, swimming can be helpful especially since am aware you love it.
May I suggest that you speak to one of our best skilled instructor who has been tutoring for the past 20 years. I'm sure you'll be offered all the necessary information but with extra charge for one on one tutorial and practical class sections.
