You have a full time job and are also doing a part time evening course You now find that now you cannot continue the course Write a letter to the course tutor In your letterDescribe the situationExplain why you cannot continue your course at this timeSa

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Hasan, I am a student attending your evening class for economics. I am sorry to say that I will not be able to attend your class anymore due to increased responsibilities at work.

You'll find in my application form that I have a day job at KPMG, an accountancy firm. I've recently been promoted and have been asked to relocate to Sydney. Unfortunately, this means I won't be able to attend your classes anymore to complete the full course and attain the certification.

You will also find that I've had active attendance throughout the whole term and have scored exceptionally well in all the tests taken so far. There is only the final term that is left and if I have your permission, I'd like to study from home with the help of my classmates and appear for the final test. This will help me advance my career while also attain a degree simultaneously.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Regards,

Hasan
