The given diagrams is the illustration of process in manufacturing instant noodles. Flour is the main ingredient used in making instant noodles. It goes through series of process which converts loose flour into long stripes that are tangled together in disc form.
Firstly, the noodle factory receives and stores flour in a storage silos, from where the flour is transferred to a mixer. In the mixer, the flour in converted into dough by adding required amount of oil and water. The dough then is passed through a series of rollers to convert them into flat sheet which is subsequently passed through cutter to cut it into stripes. In the next step, the noodle stripes are converted into disc shape. Now, the noodle discs are fried and allowed to dry simultaneously.
Then comes the assembling and packing step. The cooked noodle disc are placed in noodle cups along with dried vegetables and spices. Finally, the cups are labelled and sealed properly.
