You have recently started work in a new company.
Write a letter to a friend. In your letter
- Explain why you changed your jobs
-Describe your new job
-Tell him/her your other news.
Dear Jenny,
I hope this finds you and your family well. I am sorry to not keep in touch recently because I am so busy at the new workplace that I barely have time for other activities.
Do you remember that I was working at a small coffee shop before? Well, I just quit my job after a whole year of attachment. Three months ago, the cafe laid off most of the employees and just kept only me working, so I often had to work overtime with very little pay. Then, I got a job offer from an insurance company which was looking for a new office assistant. I have been working here for almost a month.
My job is multi-tasking, which asks me a good strategy of time management to complete my tasks on time. My first week was so messy and stressful, but everything seems fine now. My co-workers are very nice and helpful. They always try to support me as much as they can.
Anyway, I have to stop now because I am going out with my cousin to select a white dress for her coming wedding. She sends you a lot of love and hopes to see you soon. I hope so, too.
With love,
Wendy.
