You are living in a city in a foreign country, and a friend from your home country is soon coming to visit you for several days. Write an email to your friend,

saying why you need them
making arrangements to meet
Dear Prince,
I am so glad that you are coming next week, as is seems ages when see each other. I hope you and your family are doing well. I have a favor to ask you and I hope you don’t mind. Actually, I need some valuables things from my home. Is would be great if you bring them along in your suitcase.
let me explains the things why I need them. Firstly, I accidently left my laptop at my home country. It has my all crucial documents and pictures, and also laptops in my current locations are overly expensive. Secondly, I need my Engineering books too, because in my current course, I am studying something similar to what I studied before and also in those books, topics are explained briefly and language used for explanation is very simple too.
I hope that would be manageable for you to carry my stuff with you. It would be a great help for me. I would come to take you from the airport, and I would be wearing black pent and a red jacket.
looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday
Lots of love,
Manish
