You have just bought a new mobile phone from a website on the internet. When it was delivered, the phone was faulty.
Write a letter to the website. In the letter:
introduce yourself
explain the situation
state what action you want to be taken
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Kevin and I am working as a consultant in a telecom firm.I was in need of a latest mobile phone because most of my work depends on it.As an old client of your mobile company, I ordered it from the website on the internet.I am writing this letter to express my utter disappointment as there are many faults with a brand new Samsung handset.
After using it for a while, some problems started to appear. First problem is with its camera. The moment I started clicking pics, it gets shut down suddenly without any sign or warning appearing on screen.Second drawback is its battery. Generally, the battery of any new phone works for around 15-20 hours without charging it again. But in this case, to my surprise battery got finished almost after seven hours. Really disappointed to discover such kind of faults in an expensive mobile.
I request you to either replace this phone with a brand new model after thorough checking or give my all money back.
Looking forward for some positive action related to this matter.
Yours sincerely,
John Williams
