Overall, the process is divided in 3 phases namely collecting the incoming information from satellite, receiving signals through radar and drifting buoy from sea.
First of all the incoming information which is received through satellite is analysed and forecasted in satellite photo which is processed in the computer and made public to the audience through broadcast like TV newsapaper, radio or telephonic recorded announcement.
Secondly the radar catches signal and displays it on radar screen and processed on computer and makes social through all the three means of information giving devices. The other way is of drifting buyoyancy wherein the information is received in the sea through the ships and then a synoptic chart is prepared for analysis and the broadcast is prepared on the computer and made audible or visible to audience.
To sum up the climatic prediction of weather is processed and analysed through three different techniques.
