The given pictures demonstrate how a university campus has been transformed from the year 2010 till the present day.
In general, the university campus has undergone remarkable developments since 2010. It is also noted that more new student accommodation has been built and buildings such as university offices and teaching block have been replaced by new constructions.
Looking at the maps, it is obvious that the university offices have been converted into science building, while Arts building has been erected in the place of Arts and Science Teaching block previously. In 2010, the lake located in the centre of the campus was surrounded by lawn and seating area. Nonetheless, at present, the lake has remained unchanged whereas the seating area has been removed.
In addition, the campus has been changed considerably, mostly regarding the student accommodation. In 2010, the university campus consisted of 2 buildings of student accommodation. However, the one that near the lake has been torn down to make way for student facilities such as shops offices. In fact, there are 2 additional student accommodation buildings. In which, one block is located in the proximity of the old one, and the other one has been constructed to replace the shops. The restaurant which used to be situated near the shops also has been knocked down.
