Overall, there are 15 stages in the picture, from harvesting the tomatoes to enjoying the complete product with several extra dishes.
The first step is that the tomatoes are picked and put in basket, in order to use it as the main ingredient. Once these tomatoes is collected completely, farmers start to classify and choose high-quality tomatoes instead of the faulty one. After the sorting process, tomatoes is sent to the factory, so that they can go through the process of making ketchup. After that, the stalk, seeds and skin of this kind of fruit is removed and put into the container to well-kneaded crush. When these tomatoes have been turned into liquid, it is added sugar, vinegar and salt, which give them extra flavor. Subsequently, the container which is holding the sauce is boiled at the suitable temperature. After that sauce being well done, workers leave it in about two hours, this step help it cools down to ready for the next pace.
After the subject to preliminary treatment, we turn to the bottling process. First of all, the sauce after cooling is poured into bottle. And then, these bottle is labelled, in order to mark its manufacturer. Having been completed label, the bottles of tomatoes ketchup are received quality control and packed into boxes, which is easily loaded onto a lorry and have necessary covering. At this point, the lorry driver delivered it to supermarkets, where customers buy them. The final step is that you enjoy a delicious ketchup with hamburger and fries.
