The graph below shows the number of overseas visitors to three different areas in a European country between 1987 and 2007
The line graph indicates the comparison of the numbers of foreign travelers visiting three natural landscapes including the coast, the mountains, and the lakes of a country in Europe from 1987 to 2007. It is easy to be seen that all of them had an upward tendency; however, they increased differently.
The figure shows that the coast had the highest quantity of visitors travelling there in 1987, welcoming about 40 000 people. Five years later, in 1992, the numbers of passengers coming to the coast decreased slightly before rising to significantly to around 75000 people in 2007, remaining the most popular in three subjects reported.
In term of the lakes, starting at the lowest point, it had only 10 000 visitors in 1997; then, the numbers soared and reached the peak in 2002 with more than 70 000 tourists, overcoming the total voyagers of the coast at that time. After that, the figure of this destination dropped noticeably to almost 50 000 in the last year of the survey.
The mountains seen to changes less dramatically than two locations above. In 1987, it attracted about 20 000 foreigners, fluctuating through many years and finally interesting over 30 000 people in 2007.
