Should criminals be punished with lengthy jail terms or re-educated and rehabilitated using community service programs for instance, before being reintroduced to society?
There were old saying in Law "Thousands of criminal can be free but an innocents should not be punished".Some people say criminal should have lengthy jail sentence as per their crime. Other say they should re-educated in the rehabilitation center, So they can be better person again. In my opinion they should get their punishment according to their crime.
