The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts compares the rates of customers who visited the Parkway Hotel about its service in 2005 and 2010.
Overall, most people felt either satisfactory or poor about the hotel’s service in 2005 while in the next five years, their rates were mostly positive.
In 2005, satisfactory, which constitutes 45% and poor, which makes up 21%, show that the customers’ service of the hotel was average respectively. On the contrary, five years later, the service improved a lot as it can be clearly seen in the figures for good (39%) and excellent (17%), which were the highest proportion.
Five years later, green and blue, which stands for good and excellent responses, makes up the vast majority of the chart, at about 39% and 28% respectively while red, which is marked as very poor responses, only constitutes 4%. The proportion for two other counterparts, which are satisfactory and poor, witnessed a considerable fall by 10%-20% relatively.
