why people go to college
Why people attend college or university?
Some people think that attending college or university is important to improve their opportunity to have abetter career. Although I understand their point of view, I think that attending college or university is important for people to increase their socialite work and to gain more knowledge.
From an educational perspective, students attend college to gain more knowledge. Knowledge is such a powerful tool that possessing it can diminish nearly all life problems. For instance, when students attend college they will have the chance to benefit from the professor information. If students attend pharmacy school, he will have the opportunity to interact with biology professor, organic chemistry professor. Those professors are more proficient to provide the students with the sufficient amount of knowledge. Students after graduation from pharmacy school will be proficient and they will have enough knowledge to help the society.
Socially, students go to college to interact with different people. University is a place where people from different back ground get the opportunity to interact with each other. For example, when students attend college the chance of increase their social net work increase, for example, students could interact with other students to work on a project. Working together to complete the assignment. In the mean time college has different people with different culture, that allows students to learn more about the other cultures. Interacting with other students is beneficial for most student to gain self confident and successful life in the future.
In conclusion for the reason I mentioned above, I think that attending college is not only helpful for having abetter future career, but also to gain more knowledge about the subjects. Going to college is the best way to interact with different people and increase our social network.
