Given is the chart illustrating the percentage of college students in a British university who use another languages than English in 2000 and 2010.
It is clear from the charts that students spoke Spanish occupying the most in the university in 2000. By contrast, students who did not speak other language and talked in German was the category receiving the least expenditure in 2010.
In 2000, the rate of undergraduates who can speak Spanish was the highest, at 30%, while, the figure for people can not use the languages apart from English was significantly lower, at 20%. Learners who spoke French and another language accounted for 15% of the total group. Meanwhile, the percentage of undergraduates who verbalized in German and two other languages were lowest, at only 10%.
Around 2010, the proportion of people talking in Spanish was still highest in the university, at 35%. The figure for students who knew German and only spoke English was lowest, at 10%. In terms of French, the percentage of this category was higher than in 2000, at 20%, while, 15% of students were able to speak two other languages in addition to English at that time.
