There are four stages in the process, initially, gathering data through different channels. Then these raw information sends three various ways for analyzing, preparing for a presentation, and finally broadcast to mass media.
Looking at first stage collecting data is including satellite, radar and drifting buoy. Satellite incoming information can be received as satellite photo, radar screen and synoptic chart respectively. The same data can be passed to a radar center to radar screen directly. Finally, the other sources of information shown in the synoptic chart are drifting buoy and radar station.
According to the figure, in the third phase all data and analysis send to the central computer to classify and prepare the reliable forecasts about the weather. At the end, it's delivered Tv news, radio and recorded telephone announcements to present in public.
