In general, Derby city had maximum number of house build, whereas Nottingham had minimum unit of building set up . They had some fluctuation in the figure.
In the beginning. Nottingham town had 50 houses at first year, however the number increased and reached to around 53 build in the year 2001. Although highest figure of apartment had created in last year. In 2007 , approximately 198 residence were set up but least number of home were made in the year 2006. Ultimately, Nottingham had created smallest number of houses in every year .
Secondly, Derby municipality had made big sum of residence in the year 2009 but lowest figure in the year 2000. Relatively, in the year 2008 almost 275 home were constructed also in 2003 about 125 houses had been created in Derby city. Overall, big number of houses were made in Derby city in every era.
