The bar chart below shows the percentage of Australian men and women in different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010.

The bar chart compares the proportion of Australian male and female in 15 years old to 65 years old and over who did regular exercises in 2010.
     It is clear that female have a higher rate of doing regular physical activity than the male with age above 25 years old. Age group 15 to 24 is the only group that men who did regular physical activity are bigger than women.
     In 15 to 54 age group of female, the percentage rose slightly to a peak of 53.3 percent, then as the age grows, the rate reached the bottom, with 47.1 percentage. By contrast, the male has an opposite trend to female. In the age group 15 to 44, their percentage saw the biggest decline, then rose slightly to 46.7 percent.
     In the age group 35 to 44, there is the biggest percentage difference between men and women, with 39.5 and 52.5 respectively. In the elder age group (65 and over), the difference is negligible, with 46.7 for men and 47.1 for women.
