Shifting towards the remaining information, India has maximum percentage of males and female experts in foreign language which accounts for 56% and 67% respectively. Nearly 37% males and 43% females are skilled in language other than Russian. 56% Vietnamese women and 38% of their opposite gender have complete knowledge of at least one foreign language.
