The bar graph illustrates the number of times individuals in the USA went to eat instant food diners in 2003, 2006, and 2013.
Overall, a large proportion of the people in the USA in the three years preferred eating at restaurants but not daily.
The graph shows that the year 2006 had the highest number of people who ate in diners several times a week, 20% followed by 2006 with 17%, and 2013 with a total of 16%. The ratios of those who attended once a week were above 30% in 2003 and 2006 and at 27% in 2013. The number of guests who frequented cafes once or twice a month was 30% in 2003, this figure however dropped by 5% in 2006 and rose to a high of 33% in 2013. The percentage of people who went to eat at fast food joints a few times a year was 13% in 2003 whilst 2006 and 2013 recorded similar statistics, of 15%.
Those who never visited and those who went daily to eateries were below 5% in 2003, 2006, and 2013.
