The diagram demonstrates the amount of time spent on different three categories of calls in the UK, between 1995 and 2002.
Overall, during that period, there was a dramatic jump (4x) in the use of mobile minutes, and a moderate growth in a national and international phone call consumption, while local telephone connection fell slightly.

First of all, while 4 years term started in 1995, all three trends had increased. it can be clearly seen that by 1999 the amount of time had spent on national and international fixed line was nearly 60 billions, it was six times more than mobiles . The peak of using local fixed lines was roughly 90 billions.

Secondly, according to the data, local category was losting its position with a huge decline to 70 billions. On opposite side,
