The chart shows the number of mobile phones and landlines per 100 people in selected countries.
The bar graph illustrates the percentage of mobile phone and landline users in seven major countries.
A perusal of data indicates that most people used landlines found in Denmark, Sweden and US. While mobile phone users were higher than that of the land phone in UK, Sweden and Italy.
In terms of mobile phone calls, Italy was the on the top around 80% from all other countries. On the other hand, UK had nearly 85% mobile users. While the lowest numbers could be seen in Canada below 40%. Moreover, 70% of people used mobile phones in Germany.
On the comparison of telephone callers, figures were high in Denmark with nearly to 80%. US and Sweden individual contributed the same amount of calling which is 70% respectively while Canada has higher figures than mobile phone data which is below 70%. However, the percentage for Germany and the UK fell to 60% for landline phones.
To recapitulate, citizens of Denmark and US gave more preference of mobile phones over the landline while the people living in the UK, Italy used more landlines. Sweden had welcome both this technology.
