The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.
The two graphs illustrate the percentage of reasons to study and employers support according to different age groups from under 26 to over 49.
Overall, it is noticeable that the younger age employees were, the higher quantity of reason for career but less in that referring to for interest they had. Furthermore, workers in the age of under 26 received the highest amount of support from the higher place, while employees didn't support people aged 30-39 as much as they did to other ages.
As can be seen obviously, the main reason for the first youngest group to study was for their jobs, remained at 80% of their target, which was the highest amount of reasons to study among other groups, whereas they didn't have much interest for studying like older people, especially the one over 49 years old, at about 10% compared to 70% respectively. On the other hands, students at the age of 40-49 had the same quantity for both their jobs and interest, at 40% each.
Moreover, the amount of employers support to each age groups was uncertain. These students were cared less due to the higher age they had, which showed the decrease in the quantity of time off and help with fees from over 60% for the youngest age group to the bottom at about 35% for 10-year older one. However, after when officers reached the aged of 40, people in higher position looked after them more carefully but not as much as the age groups from young to 29, at from 40 to 45%.
