The diagram illustrates how sugar is produced from sugar cane.
Overall, the process of production of sugar is consists of seven different stages. The longest part of it is growing. There are two ways of harvesting. The difficult process is centrifuged. In the last sugar goes for drying and cooling.
Firstly, sugar cane takes 12 to 18 months for growing. After harvesting it is in two different methods, one is used the machine, the second is manpower. Sugar can be put in the crushing matching for collecting juice from it. That juice purifying with the help of the limestone filter.
Secondly, the filtered juice come in the vast tank. use of heat, it becomes syrup this process is called the evaporator. In the second last step, use the centrifuge method, they separated sugar crystals from the syrup. After that sugar goes into the last process when sugar is collected in one place for denying and after cooling. It is ready for sale.
