The diagram show the stages and equipment used in the process of cement making and how cement is used to produce the concrete for building purposes.
The diagramatical representations reveal the various level and machinery that are used in the production of cement making, and how cement is used to generate the concrete for comstructions purposes.
Overall, it can be seen that in the manufacturing of cement initially two substances: limestone and clay are crushed in crusher which produce a powder in mixer. Afterthat, this powder enters into rotating heater. Through external heat all mixture rotates and get heated up. The mixture of limestone and clay in grounded level, the grinder mixture is called cement, which is packed in the bag for selling purposes.
Moving ahead, it is seen that the four equipments: cement, water, sand and gravel are required in manufacturing of concrete production. In all the component maximum amount of gravel that is 50%. Sand is required in half quantity to gravel. While cement and water are required in minimum quantity respectevely 15% and 10%. All the components are added into the concrete mixer, which generate concrete after getting mixed properly.
