According to the proposed design, the living room would be more spacious by removing the internal wall and door by the stairs and adding the hall area to the living room. The stairs will be relocated by the north wall with a new design of a U-form stairs instead of the old ones. With this act, there will be no storage under stairs, but the new stairs take less place than the old ones.
The western wall will keep its location, whereas the door opposite to the northwestern entrance door will be relocated by the southern entrance door. Furthermore, newly designed dual-doors will take the old single door. The kitchen area will remain intact, but its furniture will be completely removed.
