The first chart below shows how energy is used in an average Australian household. The second chart shows the percentage of greenhouse gas emissions which result from this energy use.
The pie charts demonstrate the data for using electricity and gas pollution in regular Australian admission.
Overall, more than half of the energy spent on heating. Also, the biggest amount of greenhouse emissions from heating. it is worth noting that the other appliances produce twice more waste than energy was used.
According to the first chart, energy expended on heating was 42%, while water heating is 8% behind. The following are other appliances, refrigeration, and lightning, with 15%, 7%, and 4% respectively. The cooling takes the least place of consumption of power.
As it can be observed in the second pie chart, the first places of producing air pollution are water heating and other appliances, with 32 and 28 percent. However, effusions of refrigeration and lightning doubled from 7 to 14% and 4 to 8% so. In contrast to heating, the amount of waste decreased nearly 3 times to 15%. A similar pattern can be noticed for cooling which gives only 3 % of the number.
