The table compares different issues that primary shools students dealt with from 2005 to 2015
Overall, more students in school A was struggling than those in school B in both years. However, while school A managed to reduce the incidence of most problems througout a ten-year-period, the same figure in school B followed an inverse trend
In 2005, almost half students in school A have troubles with following instructions (42%), whereas it was only 6% in school B. School A also witnessed relavely high figures from 30% to 40% in the areas of spelling, listening skills, verbal expression of ideas, concentration in lessons. In contrast, there was no more than 15% of pupils in School B found the same problems
After 10 years, the gap between two schools were less pronounces when the biggest issue in school A : following instructions became the smallest after a 24% decrease. Except for reading ability and Handwriting which remained almost the same, school A saw drops by 5%, 15%, 14% and 22% in spelling, listening skills, verbal expression of ideas, concentration in lessons, respectively. Meanwhile, school B roughly stayed the same with the exception of spelling and following instructions, both experiencing a two-fold increase
