The given table reveals the information about the expenditure of steel and the consumption of steel by the four selected countries: India, China,UK, USA during the year 1992 to 2000.
It can be seen that, startingly, the price of steel in 1992 was 200 ton and afterthat it starts increased and raised to 325 ton in 1994. Apart from that, the price of steel was dereased to 300 ton in the year 1995. Moreover, price were also increased slightly in 1996 and in 2000 to 310 and 320 ton. At the last, the price of steel were decreased fastly to 295, 275 and 250 tons in the year 1997, 1998 and 2000 at the end respectively.
On the other side, the consumption of steel in India in 1990 was 300 million tons, in 1995 it was 500 million tons and in 2000 it was 1000 million tons. Where as, in china, the consumpation on steel were 200 million tons in 1990, 1000 million tons in 1995 and 1200 million tons in 2000. Apart from that, the consumpation of steel in USA and UK were 800 and 400 million tons, 750 and 550 million tons, and 600 and 550 million tons in the year 1990, 1995 and 2000 respectively.
Overall, it is evident that, the highest price of the steel was in 1994 and the consumption of steel were least in china in 1990.
