Dear Sir or Madam,
You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Dear Sir,
I came to know that you are hosting an award show for the people who have helped the community. For this noble cause, I want to recommend the name of one of great personality named Mr. John. In order to know to get familiar with him and with his work, I want to tell you that he is a police officer. Currently, he is working near to municipal corporation police station.
He is very polite and helpful. He not only helped the people like me, but he also spend his free time with children playing in the playground, where he teach them ethics and self defence tips. He is always ready to help regardless the age group. I also want to share my personal experience where he helped me generously. While, I was struggling to get the police clearance for my passport application in police station where he was working that day, he came forward and helped me to understand the process. I am wondering, if he won't be there at that time, so it can be a cumbersome situation for me to know all the procedure and documentations.
Moreover, after observing his behavior for all for few days, I got the change to know him more. So, I invited him to my home where he shared his other experience where he helped others.
I am requesting you to please consider him for this award as in my opinion he is a deserving guy for this award.
Best Regards
Anand Deep Singh
